Allegiant worker, Cortney, was rude and lied about the issuance of gate passes. There must have been something about our look that he was not comfortable with because his coworker was willing. The manager, Jordan Bonilla, did his best to resolve the issue and was going to issue the pass, but it was too late. We waited so long that she was boarding the flight. We were denied the ability to sit with our daughter while waiting on her flight. We did not have this issue in Memphis, Fort Lauderdale, or Palm Beach airports. She will not fly into the Sanford airport in the future. The same employee never acknowledged his lie nor apologized.
