No follow through. Once they ve made the sale, they don t care at all to make sure you re happy.

Tried to get them to order floor mats for over a month.. Nothing. Service rep blames the salesman, salesman blames service.

This place sucks.

Like the car, hate the dealership.

Update:: Since leaving this review, the dealership reached out to me and left me a message claiming to have tried to call multiple times earlier and had left messages saying the floor mats were in and ready to be picked up.
While the floor mats MAY be available now, there certainly wasn t a single voicemail left, and no missed calls on my call log. While it s possible that my phone just didn t show the missed call, the voicemail would ve been there. Technology isn t as flawed as this dealership.
Don t call me and lie to me. Own your irresponsibilities and lack of follow through. The blame game works until you re about 4 years old.
