I bought a basically brand new Ford Focus for a killer deal. I ve been a little cautious because with car dealerships before, all I have been is disappointed. I am a first time car buyer so getting a loan is a little bit more of a hassle for me! But Nate, Travis, and Tracey (really hope that s the right name) were all so helpful and kind. Nate set up my appointment, had me test drive the car, and got me on my way to financing. After we got bad news that we would need a HUGE chunk of money down that we just didn t have at the moment- Travis came to our rescue. And last- Tracey got us all signed off on our paper work while cracking many jokes and making the whole process with it! Thank you so much guys! I love my little car!
