A nightmare Xmas-New year vacation. Please do not repeat my mistake of believing that the fantastic photos on their website or proclaimed renovation is true. We checked in on Dec 26 and assigned a room on the building three, second floor. It really looks like a rundown one-star motel. The walkway was littered, the paint on the walls were peeling-off and everything we saw was out-dated.

Once we are in the room, we face the worst: it is extremely unsanitary. There were hairs on most pillows and linens. There was unknown mucus on the side of bed frame. There were dirt everywhere on and around TV. Our little girl was allergic to it immediately and can't have a sleep all night.

We struggled through the first night. Then we went to the front desk the next morning and asked for a room change. They refused. We asked for refund for early checkout. They refused too. They cited it's Priceline that we paid the fee and we should talk with them instead of the hotel. Once we contacted Priceline to talk with the hotel, the hotel still refused the refund. Both parties treated us an pingpong ball and are glad to take the money and avoid the responsibility. We were out around $750 for the three nights we did not stay in this hotel.

Lessons learned. Don't believe any fantastic photos you see on this hotel. Don't be fooled by the single review score 4.0. You thought it decent while it's not. Read the reviews carefully, especially the bad ones. Don't book through Priceline or other third party agency unless you know precisely what the hotel is. Don't go to this hotel, who claimed to be a resort, charge $50 per day and turned out to be like a rundown one star motel. The worst is the ethics. They do not care about the room cleanliness but they love to keep the money.
