Recently, I have stayed in the Crowne Plaza for 3 nights in a standard double room. I have only gave this hotel 2 stars as I believe it can be improved massively.

Pros:
Clean, tidy and modern looking room
Helpful staff
Good view
Large pool

Cons:

Bad air conditioning/heating
Ridiculous food prices
Uncomfortable bed
Towels smell horrible
Water has a bad smell when tap turned on
Water came out yellow when running bath
No anti slip mat
Bleach in jacuzzi

Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel and I would strongly advise to stay and better hotels in the nearby area.
