Ugh, this could be a 3 star if they could fix the nightmare check in process. I swore i would never return but the location is next to Penn Station and the price woth continental breakfast is a deal. The rooms are dated, but clean and part of what you bargain for. They were handing out 10 dollar drink coupons but it still does not make the tired traveler whole. Plan on an hour plus wait in line, with kids running a screaming. And the broken kiosks mean you get to the back of the line again. I felt bad for the front desk people who are misrably under-staffed checking in cranky guests. Also, the online feedback is not working well on smart phone. I think the hotel has infrastructure problems its worn out everywhere if you look close.
