Dr. Putter is the kindest vet I know. So skilled, brilliant and thoughtful. He has helped numerous dogs I have fostered as well as my own senior pets. He is thorough, careful and trustworthy and mindful of the financial constraints of clients. He never orders unnecessary work or tests.
