I sent my husband into Simone & Son with my engagement ring and wedding band (previously done by Simone & Son), to get it cleaned. Shant noticed the setting needed an upgrade to ensure all of the diamonds were secured and replaced it for us within our warranty ! My ring is so much more sparkly and shiney now, I fell in love with it all over again!! Not to mention the peace of mind that my diamonds are secure. Thank you Shant!
