ALLY absolutely is the worst I have ever dealt with. yeah good rate, but try to get some help on the phone and you get habib from sandstorm who knows where? Had a job change and pay reduction called 2 times for a refinance. transferred 2 times each call, then told I would get a call back from a specialist. that never came. called for a payoff figure 2 times first time guy ( habib) did not like me and was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. 2nd time they hung up on me. last time I had to stop the lady from rambling to tell her I wanted a pay off figure. FINALLY got it. I will Pay a higher interest rather than use ALLY ever again.
