The cheese is delicious. While the store is small, the flavour is big. You can see where the cheese is made through the big windows and, if you're lucky, can get cheese curds near direct from the vats. You want to talk about squeaky cheese, you can't get much fresher, and squeaker, then that. It's worth the drive down the gravel road for this high quality cheese.
