Bought a laptop from them and decided I wanted to exchange it after the cutoff (I think they give you 15 days or something). They gladly exchanged it and gave me full credit when I was expecting to lose a bit due to restocking fees because I was late in deciding I wanted to exchange. Tanner was very helpful throughout the process.
