We have requested an emergency service for our leaking boiler on midday 29. 12. 2016.
You have told us that you can fix the problem on the boiler within 24 hour for emergency fee

11am- 1pm. Engineer hasn t arrived at the arranged time. After a number of phone calls to ABLE Group help desk I ve been given many different kind of explanation why is the engineer is late. At the end I ve been told that the 24 hour emergency contract I ve made with ABLE Group after all will not be honoured because its engineer doing somebody else s job . My boiler still leaks on my new kitchen cabinet ruining it because I have believed in and chosen your company. I believe the ABLE Group should revisit its policy and claims that you are promising are NOT exactly the truth. In fact it is a false claim. I will not trust your company again!!!
