This pool has been around for many many years now and in just a few places is showing its age especially in style, this kind of design would not be found if built today, however the council has done everything to make it as modern as possible. Importantly everything works, the showers, dryers, toilets etc, the changing rooms have enough space and private areas to cater for everyone, the pool it's self is warm and inviting and there is ample lifeguard support, there is a separate pool for little ones and the main pool can be divided into an are for public and school swimming.
I only go mid morning swimming so have no idea of how busy it can get but certainly at that time there is ample swimming area

Well worth a visit.
