If you re looking for good service, this dealership isn t the place for your vehicle. Your service advisors are friendly but the actual service is subpar.

My most recent service was a tire rotation, scheduled maintenance and wiper blade replacements.

Wiper blades didn t last a year on a brand new car. When changed, the old wiper blades were left in the lip of the hood (between the windshield and the hood). Initially I couldn t figure out why my windshield fluid nozzles were not working. I then saw that the blades were left in that spot and were blocking the nozzles.

Tires were rotated but filled to the wrong PSI. Recommended PSI on the car is 30 in front and 33 in the back. It s assumed that the dealership would fill the correct pressure when rotating your tires. Not this time. I would understand if they were all filled incorrectly but 3 were filled to 36/37 and one was filled to 27.

I usually keep valet cash ($30 or less in change) in the middle console of my car. I had forgotten to take this out of my car before my service, but upon getting my car back, the cash was gone. This was my fault for not checking. However, I informed my service advisor and she said she would see if she could credit my card before the ticket was closed. At this point I had already paid but was expecting to see a refund in that amount, but it never happened. It s not the amount of the money, but the concept of following through with what an individual says. As one can imagine, this is just another nail in the coffin as to why service at this dealership is poor.

None of these are major issues but are just sloppy details that devalue the service experience.

This isn t my first below satisfactory service. I ve brought in my car more times to the dealership in 12 months than I did my last car in 3 years. Most times were mechanical issues with my car but, the service has left me feeling like Crest does not uphold the Cadillac standard.
