Very poor. Not enough social worker to help family...

Very poor. Not enough social worker to help family with transition of family member with dementia. I will tell the doctor not to refer this company to other patients. Since they are under staffed. No excuse! I know there are alot of degrees individuals that are working as sales clerk because they are not hired due to bureaucratic policies. People who don't know anything about talking care of patients. Patients need to be seen soon after discharge. Not 2 or3 weeks after.
