Genz Ryan asking me for a review is a joke. I had a horrible experience with them yesterday. I called to schedule an appointment to have them replace a defective Moen shower cartridge. Genz Ryan installed the shower faucet in our home 2 years and 24 days ago. Yes, you know where this is headed. Moen sent me the cartridge free of charge, as they acknowledged it was faulty.

The plumber arrived and told me that because the house was only two years old and they did the plumbing, I was entitled to a free plumbing check. I declined because everything else is in working order.

Back to the cartridge... I watched the same cartridge be replaced on U tube and it took 3 minutes. The Genz Ryan plumber gave me the estimate to replace it and told me it would be $498 dollars. I am not kidding!! I thought he had found something else wrong, but nope! I asked him why Genz Ryan would not replace it under warranty and was told I was 24 days late!! I ended up paying a $99 trip charge and the plumber left. Before he left I asked him for his supervisor s number and he gave it to me. I left a very polite message for the supervisor to call me and he has NOT returned my call.

Fair warning- do NOT call Genz Ryan!!
