Servicing my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Miami has been pretty effortless over the past 2 years. A loaner car is always readily available and, though the overall in/out experience is brief, the wait area during that period is pleasant and clean. A timely call is always made to advise that car is ready for pick-up. My service adviser Yorlian is super. And really the entire staff has always been courteous during my visits.
