Would not recommend joining this club. Gym equipment old and screens/audio faulty, gym and pool area dirty, staff turnover high and generally unfriendly and lack of choice of class, however despite trying to cancel subscription in person, by phone and finally by email since Christmas am still receiving harassing emails from DW asking for payment inc. today email to say they were handing this to an agency incurring further costs. Only route to contact is by phone which is always busy - told was 35th in queue at one stage. Not a good experience all round.
