Our Service Writer, Byron Hughes, went above and beyond to make our service visit (almost 3 years of ownership) informative and pleasant. We followed Byron's recommendation to have the brake fluid changed and the tires rotated. We appreciated the alignment, battery, and tire check.

Besides an oil change and a check of the sunroof air deflecter, we had specifically requested dent removal on the driver's door. Our appointment was made two weeks in advance. Byron had no way of knowing the dent tech was off the day of our appointment and he had to request we come back to Jay Wolfe Honda the next day. He was very apologetic. We returned the next day and the dent man did an excellent job. Byron apologized again for having use make a second trip to Jay Wolfe.

As we were talking to Byron before leaving the second appointment he noticed a stickly substance had been picked up and strung down the passenger side of the van after our appointment the day before. Byron whisked the van away and had a tech remove the mess. Byron said it required solvent and buffing the area. Byron commented he had addressed with Jay Wolfe management the issue of the Service Writers not knowing the dent tech was off the day before. This was outstanding service to make the customer happy.

The ladies in the Pit Stop were very pleasant with great service both days. With our appointment lasting longer than anticipated both days the snacks, sandwiches and drinks were very much appreciated. Additionally the minor act of turning the TV volume up during the weather alert (sirens sounding with rain and hail) was appreciated by all of the waiting customers.
