I took my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe in, to get an oil change. The gentlemen who greeted me was super friendly and it felt like I had known him already. Therefore, that was an awesome 1st impression! He quickly got me in & told me to wait in the waiting area & enjoy the beverages they had available. I went to the restroom, then sat down for about 10 mins & made a phone call, then I took advantage of the yummy beverage station, went back to my seat & play one game of Ruzzle. He walks back in and said, "Miss Stanfield, are you ready?". I was completely shocked & said, "you can't be finished, that was too soon", several times. He smiled and replied, "yes ma'am, we are but if you'd like to stay longer, we can keep it"...with a smile. Then as I was trying to give him my coupon for a free oil change, he told me to keep it because the 1st one is on Honda. That just made my day & I have an extra coupon to use for the next time. I am extremely pleased that I bought a Honda instead of a Mustang!! Lol. I will send my family and friends there too :). THANKS HONDA!!
