Review of Fort Worth Audi

The poor service started 6 years ago when I tried ...

The poor service started 6 years ago when I tried to buy a car from this dealership. I emailed and called and never got a reply about a car I wanted that their website showed they had. So I went to Dallas and had my car ordered and shipped in. Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to get my car serviced. First of all Audi care was explained wrong to me so I did not purchase it at first when I ordered my car. So when I did buy it after the fact it was explained to me again wrong. They go through so many service advisors at this dealership that no one cares to hold up their word. Then a part broke on my front passenger seat. It was still under warranty. It took a month for someone to call me back about when the part would be in. Then they lost my tire lock but claimed it was not them when they had been the only ones to rotate and balance my tires. They also around the same time they lost the lock told me I needed new tires due to low treads. I still have the paper work. What they failed to tell me was actually tire tread was coming off. They let me drive off with a one month old baby at the time with may pop tires. Luckily my tire sensors went off. When I stopped to see why you could clearly see tire tread coming off. I could have been in a bad accident. My husband immediately took my car to discount tires. Audi was going to charge too much for tires anyway BUT if I knew how truly bad my tires were I would have bought from them that day for the safety of my baby. I go to discount tires for my rotate and balance now. I cut Audi totally out regarding my tires. Now I have been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to help me to get my windshield replaced. I called and spoke to one service advisor who said they help set everything up. And that he would email the parts dept to have to call me about the cost of the windshield. Waited a week and a half. No call. I call again and get directed to the part department who seem irritated by my call and tells me she can order the part and it will be here the next day. No call back to confirm that it came in. So I am like how much is the labor. She sent me to another service advisor voice mail to leave a message. I leave a message. This service advisor actually gives me a call back and tells me the price of the labor but then tells me I have to set it all up by calling the auto glass place. WAIT! WHAT! Okay. So I want to use a coupon they sent me for the parts for the windshield. She says she will have to talk to her manager and call me back when she comes back from vacation. No call thus far. Not surprising. The crack is starting to run so I need this replaced soon. I have a feeling that even under new management this place will be sold again or under new management again. Audi should have service like Mercedes or Lexus. They need to get service training under them. I love my Audi but hate the service dept. If I had the time I would drive to Grapevine. Maybe I could get better service. I will try to call again soon.
