I took my little sister with asthma here when she was having a hard time breathing. The nurses told her to wait outside because her cough might have been COVID. They said it would be a 30 minute wait. It was two hours. I went in and asked the nurses. They made excuses and said it was taking long because they were trying to make a room for her. Just wish they could ve told us around 30 min of waiting that it would be longer. There were five nurses around the computer when they told me. I asked for an time estimate and they said they couldn t give me one. I asked if it was the right thing to do to send someone who s having a hard time breathing back outside to the smoggy air ans they said legally they can t confirm or deny that.
