For the first time we had a rest in Egypt. Returned 04/16/2019. We read about the rude staff and were a little worried about this at first. So I want to say! I thought that everyone in Turkey treats you well, now I realized that in Egypt, in this particular hotel, the staff is so friendly that it is difficult to imagine better than rest. Every day, wherever we go, wherever we meet a hotel employee, everyone will smile, ask if everything is okay? I even thought at first that there must be some kind of catch. But no. The room was cleaned every day, they put different figures of towels on the beds)) It is customary to thank for this, so they left a bar of chocolate or a dollar. We bought chocolates for a special offer in a supermarket for 15 hryvnia, and for them this is a huge gratitude for such hard work. They always responded to all requests! In our room, the air conditioner was poorly cooled, adjusted while we went to swim in the sea. Those who write about the bad attitude of the staff, most likely this is a manifestation of your own behavior towards you. Do not be rude yourself, smile and do not act as if the whole world should lie at your feet if you paid for the ticket. You are on vacation, why download the rights and try to humiliate someone from the staff. In my presence, a certain lady in the company in the main restaurant demanded 10 times to bring ice to her drinks! Each time, different waiters politely answered her that ice in drinks is served in the bar on the floor above. This fool even got me faster. Most likely, she will write here about the bad service. Well, there is no ice in the restaurant, you at least jump out of your panties, no, then she sat for an hour more, swearing her displeasure under her breath. Is this how they should treat her after that? To us, for example, when replacing towels on the beach and near the pool with dry ones, with a smile they chose a softer towel for my wife, a brand new one, without demanding anything in return, just like that, from the heart. We always addressed everyone with a smile and responded in kind.
We recommend this hotel to all our friends and will definitely come back here. The reef is unrealistically beautiful, fortunately it was possible to see a moray eel, which swam out of its house and swam along with us along the reef, which is a rarity, usually it only shows its face from the hole. We swam next to a man-sized Napoleon fish, we saw manta rays up close! An unforgettable vacation. I just read the review that goes in front of mine, where the girl was not allowed to enter an Italian restaurant, my wife and I had breakfast and dinner there every day !!! Each!!! Probably we just look like Italians)))
