This is one beautiful airport. Thumbs up.
However, it is plagued by highly incompetent airline staff and hilariously corrupt police officers. Prepare to figure things out on your own here as they'll barely assist you. A far cry from Dar's airport.

The staff also has a tendency of messing with foreign nationals, particularly Americans (and to some extent, Kenyans). Be careful here, especially with the shady taxi drivers and their rates.

And now to the biggest complaint: This is an international airport, served with ONE ATM which, at the time of this review, is broken. Let that sink in. One ATM ONLY, that is also broken. This one needs to be brought to attention because they'll insist that its' okay and that they can always conveniently arrange transport to Boma Ng'ombe (for TZS 30000) to use the nearest ATM. Shoddy, shoddy work through out.

The rest is okay here. On-time arrivals and departures, fast and friendly immigration services and well maintained facilities.
