We have an issue with security and needed to add some things and had an appointment scheduled for a week out. We called and spoke with Rachel and told her the issues we were having and asked if there was a closer date for someone to come out. We are dealing with major security problems and have children so we need to protect everything here. She spoke with a tech in our area and he agreed to come tonight (same night as we spoke to her) to help us out. We are so grateful and appreciate her hard work and understanding as well as the tech who's coming to help. This situation we are going through is terrifying and so upsetting and they both are trying to ease some fears and hellp us protect our family. Thank you guys so much.. Rachel, you are amazing, you don't know what this means to us.
