I have been working with Kelvin Jones at McDavid Honda of Frisco for about three years now and he is extremely professional and friendly to work with. Kelvin is the first Service Advisor that I have worked with that really seems to listen to my concerns about my Odyssey and Accord and get my concerns/problems solved. He also hasn t pressured me into any services that are not needed on my vehicle and explains the ones that are needed in great detail. Thanks!
