Be careful what you might be charging. It might end up to drag you to financial burn and charge your money without doing the things supposed to be done.

It was heart broken that I couldn't take my cat with me because the team didn't give professional service. I communicate with the Banfield 2 months ahead of time about my condition and how important to me to get things done on time in order to catch the flight to be safe for my pregnancy.

I be charged about 1300 dollars for easy travel documents the original price is 628 for cat rabit vaccine, rabit blood test and international health certificate that takes them weeks and months and didn't get it done on time after I communicate with them 2 months ahead of my international travel time. Doctor didn't follow the test guide time frame and check my cat information appropriately in order to get rabit vaccine blood test pass that makes me feel they purposely charge me the overprice. They charged me another 628 dollars to do the second test and including170 dollars rapid fee to get process fast and it end up the lab never get the money. I end up paid the Lab and communicate with USDA to got the result in one day and Banfiled won't cooperate to get the rest things done to helping me make it on time for my international airplane. They are seem friendly but give you empty words.
