Second time we've leased an automobile from Toyota of Olympia.
Jeff was knowledgeable and accommodated our needs.
Labor Day was really busy so the sales staff was spread pretty thin. Thanks to Julius, we were able to keep things moving. He was able to answer most of our questions, and the the ones he couldn't, he got back to us with an answer quickly. He made sure everything was taken care of right down to helping us move our stuff out of our trade in and into our new automobile. Not only that, we forgot a few personal items in the trade in. The next day Julius contacted us and said that he was able to find all of our items and helped arrange getting them back to us. Stellar customer service!
