Gosh construction mess, tenants tell me I am confused because new ownerships disagree on OCCUPANCY PERMIT OBLIGATIONS to Public. I don't know the laws about insurance coverage and claims paid by insurance coverage to the public.

As a former Insurance Broker/Agent, would only insure lease hold as the property owners Insurance by including MY site visit report our risk underwriting of the first tenant policy I wrote.

Sometimes I would not offer any coverage because it looked to ME that cooking hood degreasing housekeeping was sloppy.
