Unfortunately not much in bloom outside when we visited towards the end of March.
This didn't stop us from enjoying our visit.
An enjoyable walk around the greenhouses led us to the bonsai collection, then on to a handsome white parrot who greeted us with a cheery "hello."
A stroll around the grounds led us through some lovely spaces and past a fairly large children's play area.
We had walked a big circuit and found ourselves walking past the same cheery parrot who bid us "bye bye."

We had a good few hours walking around. Would love to come back in the summer with a picnic.
Convenient bus stops near by. Parking looked limited but was free when you validated it inside with your reg no.
