I have had money taken from my account from Civil ...

I have had money taken from my account from Civil Enforcement without any warning or explanation. I am unsure why it has come out of my account and so do not have a PCN. Without a PCN it seems there is no way to contact them? Please, if anyone can help can you point me towards an email address or phone number so I can raise this with the company. Many thanks.

Hi Rosie, could you send an email address or phone number I can contact. There are none on your website. I wouldn't want to put them up on this public platform and it seems to be the only way to contact you. Cheers.
