I have been a customer of Hubbard broadcasting, inc. for several years now and I can say that their service is average. It's not outstanding, but it's not terrible either. The website, kstp.com, is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. However, there are some areas where the company can improve. The customer support could be more responsive and the overall user experience could be more user-friendly. Overall, I would say that Hubbard broadcasting, inc. provides an average service.
