Do not ever go to this dealership for service. One of the mechanics stole a valuable item from my vehicle. When I contacted the service center, I was constantly placed on hold. I had to physically go to the dealership to speak with the manager who refused to come to the desk to speak with me. I had to call the Jersey City Police Department and ask for police assistance. When the officers arrived, the Manager came out instantly. To make a long story short, I had to bring my car back to them for a piece that they ordered to be replaced. I was reluctant to do so, but I did not have a choice. When I bought the vehicle back and picked it up after work, the missing item miraculously appeared on the side of the passenger seat door paneling. The thief put it back. This makes me want to turn in my lease and do business with another dealer. I usually do not write reviews, however, this time I had to. BEWARE!!!
