Waited 3 months for a visit with Dr. Martin who had left Johns Hopkins and came very highly recommended by friends. Had records sent and everything approved by his office for a visit. 4 days before a 85 mile trip to visit Martin we were called and told that we never had an appointment with Martin it was with Dr Ko but Ko was out on our date so we had to see Khalique instead. I told Kari that everything approved 3 months prior and we followed up 2 weeks ago and she said we were mistaken that Martin wasn't taking new patients. Told her to pound sand we'd go to Leesburg to another specialist and sure wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I see why ratings so poor at RMH. From the reviews I can also see they don't read these reviews because it sounds like the Emergency room sucks big time. Glad we're in another town.
