Disorganized, and calls back the wrong patient 20 ...

Disorganized, and calls back the wrong patient 20 minutes late, then says to go wait in the lobby until you are called correctly (30 minutes after appt.). Maybe call by last name and first name and this wouldn't happen. I hope I dont ever have to come back!!!
