Legitimately the worst people in New York to rent from. Not only are they completely unwilling to help (I ve gotten emergency plumbing before due to this), but we spent A QUARTER of a year with a MASSIVE leak in our bathroom and giant hole in the ceiling... only to receive a $200 rent cut and continuing issues. Nobody will help you, if they do it will be weeks before anything is fixed , after I was forced to call the housing department on them I learned they have TONS of citations and complaints. As a matter of fact, there s been another huge hole in our bathroom ceiling for weeks as I type this, and nobody is answering the phone or adjusting rent after I paid a plumber $1700 CASH to help us. I am sure after this review they will really never help us but please- it isn t worth it with them. Trust me.
