This experience started out smooth but quickly turned upside down as the dealership let me leave the lot before they even finished all the paperwork and they dragged their feet waiting to get me the paperwork as I am out of state and it was sent back as soon as it was received. Then they turn around and say the loan approval expired. And they submit a new application without approval in turn lowering my credit score. The communication throughout the last month has not gone anywhere. It s just been back and forth with signing of papers and sending of information and nothing good has come of it. Very upset with my experience with this dealership
