I just started my experience a month ago and I am already very happy with Batzner services and availability. Jim T. was the person I met today and he has been really nice and helpful. He gave every detailed information for me to understand everything he was doing and what to expect. (I also have to mention that everyone at Batzner I have been in contact with has been very nice. Thanks to Ebbie and Isaiah as well).
