If you're looking for a high end luxurious vacation in Goa, undoubtedly " Leela Goa" is the place. 70 acers of lush greenery, private beach, artificial cave with waterfalls one can't ask for more. We went as a group of 6 (3 families) for a 2 night 3 days stay and the experience was simply outstanding. There are lot of activities to do in and around the resort, plus water sports on the private beach is fantastic, if you are one of those people who love to spend all day on the beach Leela Goa just offers that to you with no public crowd around and totally private only accessible guest from Leela. The place is very safe for kids too as Leela offers free in-house day care services along with activities for kids which gives time for audlts to explore SPA and other services.

Rooms are very spacious and super luxurious. Food is excellent especially the biriyani combo during lunch and Riverside restaurant with candle light dinner was awesome but very expensive too.

The sad part is once you get into Leela Goa you pretty much get stuck inside the resort and generally don't explore much of the local Goa outside, the closest local shopping area and market is Colva which can easily take around 1hr + drive.

My rating goes 4.5 on 5 just because of the fact it's very interior in South Goa and totally cut off from rest if world at times which makes you feel are you really in Goa.Overall a great high end luxurious vacation place for you and your family as long as you have a thick wallet.
