Worst customer service ever. My daughter and I stood waiting to get her sized for shoes and try on for at least 10 minutes while the ONE associate waited on ONE person. She never even acknowledged us standing there. When our turn finally came, she asked the customer that came AFTER us if she needed help. I will NEVER return to this store. Horrible customer service when you don't even acknowledge a customer standing right behind the one you are helping. Dick's needs to hire more people for the back of the store or do better training on how to acknowledge customers. (And no, this isn't my first time shopping here. The customer service has always been subpar at best. Trying to find an associate to help with anything is the same as what Home Depot slowly became...non-existent)
