Bought a new 1500 classic. In for maintenance on vehicle including tire rotation.
They claim truck came with a tire lock key which I never saw nor was it ever given to me. Now they say they can't rotate the tires and
have to pay $40 to $300.00. For new key. Horrible nasty attitudes. Never will buy another vehicle here.
Ok they ended up finding me a spare tire lock key at no charge. Bumped the rating p to a 3.still way too long for simple servicecall though. Over two hours. Hope this improves I plan on taking my truck their for a long time.
