Unfortunately, the park is getting on in years. The staff in the Adventure Factory and Grand Cafe prefer to chat rather than serve.
More showers would be nice in the Aqua Mundo.

We went out to eat twice. Once at Nonna's. That was good. On the last evening we were in the grill restaurant. Top hospitality, attentive staff and fantastic food-even if not cheap. Children's burgers would be great here.

We had a VIP bungalow. Unfortunately, the towels weren't all clean when they were unpacked. And it wasn't vacuumed properly either.
The bread service came very differently. Sometimes at 7 a.m., sometimes at 9:30 a.m. It would be nice if you could tell preferences beforehand, we had 5 raisin rolls for several days, 4 of us 5 don't like raisins ....
There is a lot to be reworked with prices ...
