The Waldorf Astoria Chicago speaks for itself (and lives up to it's name). When you stay here you don't just see a pretty building, you feel the luxury through 'genuine' customer service. There is something pleasant about staff that aren't wearing fake smiles and are truly passionate about what they do. The comfortable beds and pillows are the cherry on top. Restaurant was amazing, and classic Chicago only a couple blocks away. This is in my top 5 worldwide.
