Avoid at all costs. This insurance company seems fraudulent and sketchy. I went on a trip to SE Asia and got a terrible stomach bug. I had to be hospitalized and treated with 2 rounds of antibiotics (in beginning of January). I kept all of my medical receipts, pharmacy documents, hospital documents, doctor notes, etc. and submitted to seven corners via email. It is MAY 22nd and I just got an email that I need to update all my documents with my certificate number, which I PROVIDED ON ALL THE EMAILS. In a world with hundreds of other insurance companies, pick one that will 1) answer your calls and provide info on your claim status, 2) they will read emails and acknowledge you have already provided the requested info, 3) will ACTUALLY SERVE AS A TRAVEL INSURANCE.

I regret purchasing their elite package. It has been 5 months and I have yet to receive a dime and today is the first time I have received any communication from them. Highly disappointed and will never purchase insurance through this company again.
