Drove all the way from Daytona Beach in the middle...

Drove all the way from Daytona Beach in the middle of a pandemic to pick up my Giant Defy Advanced 3 from Mack Cycles. Sandy worked with me over the phone to purchase originally a Giant TCR, but that bike sold almost while we were talking on the phone. She then recommended the Giant Defy Advanced 3 and the deal was done. Drove down and picked up the bike outside (because of COVID-19, you could not go inside the store) and they had a great system for customers coming to pick up their bikes, parts, and accessories. I got to meet Sandy and pick up my bike and be on my way. What a great family owned business with such a rich history in the area and the cycling community. Hope to go back down someday and shop inside and get my biked serviced while there.
