The facilities are great, but the attitude and concern for others is less than one star. We had an unfortunate experience with a member of the staff and after we discussed with the manager on duty all we asked for was an apology. We were told that we would be contacted by the Director of Operations and this was 2 weeks ago and we are still waiting for this phone call or email. We stopped by the hotel to discuss the situation where my wife was yelled at by a member of management in front of my children only for her to basically called a liar right to her face. It was not only disrespectful but infuriating. We have complained to Marriott and no contact from them regarding the situation. These people do not care. If you like getting disrespected then this is the place for you.
