We have just checked in ... what an utter disappointment... Have stayed with Radisson all over the world, I cannot believe that this is the same
Hotel. As a paying guest was turned away from the restaurant for lunch because they are full due a buffet offered to the public. The exclusive suite I booked is right above the restaurant ... with all of the noise and terrible music ... I though this would be exclusive and upmarket... it is neither ... wish I had booked else where ... #radissonruinsspecialoccasions ...
