I had the pleasure of working with Jay, via email, to purchase an Alexandrite ring that would match a pendant I had purchased in the store several years ago while on a Disney cruise. Jay worked so nicely with me, trying to find a ring in my price range, but still match the pendant I already had. I am thrilled to be an owner of a matching ring. This jewelry store is the best........I cannot say enough good things about them and especially Jay. He was very patient with me and so very helpful!!!
