Great food, however one of the cooks does not use gloves when preparing breakfast. I saw him cross contaminate multiple times. I love greasy spoon diners, but when someone who cooks out in the open for everyone to see and blatantly does something that is a cardinal sin in the food industry,; I can't eat at or promote the place.
