I applied for an apartment at Jefferson Lakes and had a hiccup for inaccurate information reported on my credit report. I collected all of the proof from the court and had it all notarized and hand delivered. The reporting agency On-site that this apartment complex uses would not accept it nor remove the information due to the standards set by the apartment. Although Andrew, the leasing agent said the documents were acceptable no one under this "NEW" management company was willing to call the reporting agency as they requested to confirm that the documents were in fact acceptable. Andrew knew I was displaced due to a storm and was trying to push this application through because I was literally homeless. He pretended as if he would help but when I would call he only gave lip service and no action. I called to withdraw my application and he said it would take 30 days to get my deposit back although I gave him a signed blank money order to prevent me having to wait thirty days to return it. The lies were ridiculous.
